On-Site Maintenance Position – Apartment Complex (Downtown Arts District)

We are looking for a reliable on-site maintenance person to join our 14-unit apartment community located in the heart of the Downtown Arts District.

What We Offer:

Discounted rent in one of our apartments in exchange for basic maintenance duties.

$15/hour for additional projects outside of the included responsibilities.

Basic knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, repairs, etc.).
