Marketplace Associate w/ ecommerce experience

The Marketplace Associate plays a key role in supporting and maintaining our online sales channels across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Newegg. This position is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, competitive, and optimized to drive sales performance.

Core responsibilities include managing marketplace listings, executing pricing updates, monitoring advertising campaigns, and providing responsive customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating multiple online systems to ensure consistent marketplace performance and brand representation.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with major ecommerce platforms are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
