The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.Job Description:Assist employees in person, email, or phone with general HR inquiries and personnel file changes including updating marital status, name changes, employment verification, and welfare and childcare assistance formsAssist employees with work authorization reverification including company completion of I-9 documentationImplement HR System transactionsUpload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthlyAppropriately handles confidential employee documentation, making sure records are stored appropriatelyAnswer incoming calls and assist or re-direct as neededAssist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve and reassigned issue(s)Maintains departments files through scanning, organizing, and storingCompiles information requests for compliance, legal, and regulatory entities as neededPresent a polished and professional appearance, adhering to Wynn’s presentation and uniform standards at all timeAssist the team with various administrative tasks including supply order and maintenance requestsPerform all other job-related duties as requested
