This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.What will you do as a Guest Greeter:Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby, greeting families and guests with warmth and professionalism.Interact with guests to provide exceptional customer service and answer general questions.Welcome and direct all guests checking into the resort to the appropriate desk or area.Enter tour guest information accurately and efficiently into the computer system.Communicate with sales representatives to ensure tours are picked up promptly.Support the sales team by coordinating guest flow and assisting with appointment logistics.
