Lead Dental Assistant (Full-Time, 4 Days: Monday–Thursday)

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience (includes bonus opportunities)

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:20 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatories

Take clear, diagnostic x-rays, CBCT scans, and intra-/extraoral photographs

Accurately set up for procedures and efficiently assist the dentist and hygienists

Take precise analog and digital impressions (Primescan/Trios)

Communicate dental procedures and post-op instructions clearly to patients

Assist with and/or have interest in learning:

CEREC and cosmetic dental procedures

Implant and oral surgery

Clear aligner therapy

Neurotoxin and filler procedures

Manage lab cases, supply inventory, sterilization, and overall back-office flow

Contribute ideas to improve clinical efficiency and patient experience

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required

Experience or willingness to learn advanced procedures (CEREC, implants, cosmetics, aligners, neurotoxins)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented

Reliable and organized, with a strong work ethic
