General Summary Of Duties:Clear, clean and reset tables in the Restaurant.  Ensure operating equipment is placed on each table such as condiments, napkins, cutlery etc Assist the staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)Remove used dishware/tableware and bring them to the dishwashing area.Clean tables and trays being careful not to break or damage any tableware.  Return condiments and other equipment to proper storage areas or refill condiments as needed.Assist staff in setting up trays and tables to be ready for incoming customers.
