The Zero Bond Bus Person will be responsible for maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room. This position is responsible for assisting servers with clearing and resetting tables, carrying trays, and conducting ongoing table maintenance, including water and beverage service—in a quiet, efficient, and organized manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, procedures, techniques, as outlined in the service manual. Key Responsibilities Set dining tables with linens, silverware, and glassware according to service standards. Polish and maintain glassware, silverware and flatware. Restock utensils, napkins, glassware, flatware, and other supplies throughout service. Coordinate with servers to provide initial water service and assist with serving non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks and teas, Clear and reset tables, maintaining silent service standards during and after service. Assist with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and ensuring markings are complete. Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and attentiveness. Assist with moving tables, chairs, and furniture as needed to align with floor plans. Complete all opening, running and closing side work, including polishing glassware and silverware, folding napkins, stocking supplies, maintaining the coffee station, and inspecting work areas for cleanliness. Always Uphold Clark County Health Department standards for sanitation and food safety. Maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive demeanor. Ensure member experience is consistent, elevated service whether dining in the restaurant or enjoying the lounge atmosphere. Attend all required training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay informed of daily priorities, new offerings, and member notes. Perform additional duties as requested by management to support seamless service operations.
