Administrative Assistant / Coordinator Post:
Las Vegas Based Company Supplying Natural Stone and Porcelain Tiles for the Hospitality Industry are looking for a responsible “Administrative Assistant” to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to Support the ongoing operation.
Duties to include:
Answering Phones
Customer service and follow up.
Correspondence & Filing
Maintain / Update Project Matrix
Assist in presentations and setting up meetings.
Provide support to Managers & Employees and assist with daily office needs.
Data Entry
Maintain, Organize and update Inventory.
Multi Tasking Skills is a plus
Maintain and help with Organizing the Showroom.
Able to process Purchase Orders to Vendors and Fabricators.
Mac User for Microsoft Office “Excel, Oulook, Word, Power Point”
Able to Maintain the Company’s Website is a Plus.
Background in the following Industries: Construction, Interior Design, Natural Stones & Tiles is a Big Plus.
Cooperative and able to work as part of a team.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills; be detail-oriented, organized, have a strong aptitude for numbers, have interest to learn materials.
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm position with some flexibility in schedule.
