Tree Climber/Trimmer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with hands-on experience in tree trimming and related tasks. This role involves working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring the health and safety of trees in various environments. Responsibilities

Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.

Operate dump trailers and other equipment safely to reach high branches.

Conduct inspections of trees to identify diseases or hazards that may require attention.

Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance tasks effectively.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding tree care needs.

Skills

Proficiency in lawn care and landscape maintenance techniques.

Experience with dump trailers, chain saws and rigging for safe tree trimming practices.

Knowledge of tree care principles, including growth patterns and disease management.

Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work in all tasks performed.

Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
