Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute shipment of finished products (over 200 SKUs) for the Omaha PlantManage receiving of raw materials for production unitsProvide direction to warehousemen on product availability and loading requirementsMaintain accurate data in Warehouse Management System and SAPCommunicate effectively with Plant, Customer Center, Customers, Contract MFG, and CarriersDevelop and maintain operational proceduresHandle shipment of samples for production, including hazardous materialsCoordinate inbound and outbound rail activitiesSupport Foreign Trade Zone and Bulk Coordinator operationsQualifications:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, customer service, or logisticsKnowledge of SAP, WMS, LIMS, and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of Hazardous Materials Shipping RequirementsAbility to multi-task and work independently as well as in a teamStrong customer focus and problem-solving skillsHazardous materials certified shipper (required)Understanding of export business and customer needsKnowledge of transportation requirements (e.g., weight limits, driver hours of service)
