Position Summary

Servers are the face of the guest experience. You will need strong communication skills, an ability to stay organized and upbeat, and an obvious focus on creating hospitable guest interactions. You will be expected to deliver quick accurate service while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Expectations and Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with friendly and confident energy

Take and deliver drink orders with accuracy and efficiency

Anticipate guest needs and stay proactive during busy shifts

Keep all areas clean and organized before, throughout, and after your shift

Communicate clearly with all teammates to ensure smooth service

Handle payments accurately

Experience Preferences and Requirements

1+ years of serving experience is preferred but not required

Basic knowledge of beer, cocktails, and spirits

Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills

Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changes as needed

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and maintain a Nebraska-approved server/seller certificate

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to consistently work nights, weekends, and during major sporting events
