Location: Kalispell & Surrounding Areas (Flathead Valley, MT)

Description:

Seeking residential carpenters to join our crew immediately. Work involves framing, siding, decking, trim, and finish carpentry on new homes and remodels. Must be able to read plans, measure precisely, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Build, install, and repair wood and structural components for residential projects

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and building plans

Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools

Install doors, windows, cabinets, siding, decks, and finish trim

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Guide and assist laborers as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate

Ability to read plans and perform accurate measurements

Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials

Skilled in safe use of saws, nailers, drills, and other tools

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, typically 40 hrs/week

Pay: $20 – $28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Opportunities for pay increases with proven performance
