Now Hiring: Seasonal Snow Plow Operator – Mighty Mo Construction

Mighty Mo Construction is looking to add a reliable and motivated Snow Plow Operator to our team for the upcoming winter season. We’re a locally owned and operated snow removal company that takes pride in keeping our community safe and moving when the snow flies.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay, based on experience

Storm-based hours – typically 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM on smaller snowfalls and 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM during heavier storms

Opportunity for seasonal or ongoing work with a trusted local company

Training provided for the right candidate

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Reliable transportation to and from the staging area

Ability to work early mornings and in harsh winter conditions

Experience operating a plow truck, skid steer, or loader is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone who shows initiative and a strong work ethic

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard when the weather calls. You should be safety-minded, respectful of equipment, and able to work independently once trained.
