Local Tree Service Hiring

Local tree service hiring all positions. Experience is required. Our aim as a company is to provide industry leading service and pay industry leading compensation to industry leading performers. Hourly rate is based off experience and responsibilities. Looking for respectful and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and are looking to better their own position as well as the company as a whole.

Starting pay is as follows:

Ground crew -$25/hr+

Non-CDL driver with clean driving record and trailer pulling experience

- $30/hr+

CDL driver with clean record

-$35/hr+

Climber -$40/hr+

Ground crew will be expected to lower limbs using ropes and pulleys. Drag brush and feed chipper. Rake and blow jobsites. Clean up and put away tools.

Drivers will be expected to keep company vehicles clean and organized. Responsibilities will include helping with ground operations as needed. About 2 hrs out of every 8 hr day will be spent driving. You will need to be able to drag brush and help clean job sites the remaining 6 hrs of the day.

All employees are subject to background check and random drug testing.

CDl drivers must have manual and air brake endorsements.

Climbers must be comfortable trimming and removing trees up to 100ft tall. Crane work experience is a plus. Bucket truck experience is a plus. Industry leading climbing and rigging gear will be provided.

Subcontractors are welcome to apply but must submit proof of insurance before starting work.

Employees will be provided with company uniform and ppe. All employees will be treated with respect and in turn must treat company equipment and other employees with respect. Smoking/vaping will not be tolerated in company vehicles or on customers property. Quarterly performance reviews will be preformed and will provide the opportunity for raises and bonuses. Company health insurance is available to full time employees.
