House cleaning position

Hello, I am looking to hire a person for two or three days a week. Mon, Thurs, Fri. I'm looking for an honest and energetic person to join me in my cleaning company. The offer is for a 2-year commitment as I get through grad school and then I hand the business over to this individual once I graduate. Cash pay weekly. Must be able to pass a background check, and engage in labor intense work. I'm looking for a friendly person. This is a great job for students or parents who need a flexible schedule.
