Position overview: Smart Logistics, LLC is seeking a dispatcher to join our team in Maryland Heights, MO. We're looking for a dependable professional with strong communication skills to keep operations efficient and on track.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule drivers for daily routes and deliveries.

- Monitor driver locations and progress throughout the day

- Communicate clearly with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues

- Ensures compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and driver hours

- Assist with load planning and problem-solving to optimize efficiency

- Provide professional support to drivers and customers when needed.

Qualifications:

- Dispatching experience: 1 year preferred

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
