Residential Electrician- new, remodel, service, AV

Hello, I have a small company that mostly deals with high end clientele and also some builders for higher end spec homes. At the moment I’m looking for a few possibilities with different pay ranges below. I offer 1 week of paid vacation after a year. Also 6 paid holidays. Most out work is residential and some lighter commercial/ condos.

1- a well rounded electrician with experience in our exact work. Potential for $40 an hour right away, up to $45 quickly with a few weeks evaluation. Will possibly offer more for the perfect candidate. Company van to take home and gas included. For this you’ll have to have experience at companies that I know do similar work. Will need to be used to high end remodels doing lots of beyond regular things. Interview should include discussing some projects you’ve done before in high end neighborhoods. Be experienced with tape lighting, cutting in light fixtures where they are decided to be on the finish out, be able to fish wiring/ rewire a house. Also would help if you can mount TVs and terminate cat6

2- an experienced electrician but without experience in my exact scenarios. Perhaps you’ve at least wired homes with builders or are more commercial experienced and haven’t done as much resi. For this looking at $25 to $38 an hour. This position is without a van and you would just drive to one site each day or to two close by with your own tools. If you end up doing the type of work we do really well could turn into having a company take home van,
