The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Management Support (International Acquisitions) Specialist to join our team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in St. Louis, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting international acquisition activities across the full program lifecycle—ensuring mission success through expert program management, acquisition support, and stakeholder coordination.You will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, providing expertise in cost, schedule, performance, acquisition, and readiness to strengthen NGA’s international partnerships and mission outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Management Support Specialist, you will:Provide program management support across the acquisition lifecycle, including Source Selection Proposals, Task Order Proposals, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Requests for Change (RFCs).Advise the Program Manager on Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities for new system initiations.Monitor and track program issues, risks, and opportunities with focus on cost, schedule, and performance.Deliver input to ECPs, budgets, and other program documentation in support of mission requirements.Support the development of system CONOPS, architectures, requirements, and technical documentation.Facilitate coordination and technical exchanges between prime contractors, stakeholders, and NGA segments.Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), readiness reviews, and program management reviews.Provide SME-level input at design, development, testing, and operational reviews.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly integrated into enterprise solutions.Support international partner engagement, assessing opportunities for participation in future NSG capabilities.Assist with Certification and Accreditation activities in coordination with NGA security and OCIO.Plan, coordinate, and support test activities, validation, and transition of new capabilities into operations.Prepare detailed technical reports, briefing materials, and recommendations to support program leadership.
