Jingle Bros is Kansas City’s locally owned holiday lighting company. We install high-end Christmas lights and décor for residential and commercial clients, and we’re looking for a Field Manager to help lead our installation crews this season.

About the Role

The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing daily installs, managing crew members, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role—you’ll be working alongside the team while directing projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise installation crews on job sites

Train crew members on proper installation techniques and safety

Communicate with customers on-site and ensure satisfaction

Troubleshoot issues during installs

Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies

Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards

Qualifications:

1+ year leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and outdoors in all weather

Strong communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience with holiday lighting, landscaping, or construction a plus
