Dock Worker / Baler – Weekend Shift

Location: Olathe, KS

Job Description:

The Dock Worker / Baler is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse and preparing recyclable materials using baling equipment. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dock area during weekend operations.

Requirements:

Availability to work the full weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Ability to stand for nearly the entire shift

Ability to lift 80 lbs.

Willingness to be trained on the packing machine and other warehouse equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Pay:

$16.50/hour

Schedule:

Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm)

Part-time weekend shift with full-time hours available during the fall season.
