Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit that enhances both patient care and team dynamics.

Core Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with precision and care

Conduct oral health assessments and charting, including periodontal evaluations

Take and interpret digital radiographs

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions

Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences

Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilization standards

Document procedures and findings accurately in patient records

Active state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

CPR certification (current)

Proficiency in dental software and digital charting (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient education

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
