Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in food service management, a passion for coffee, and the ability to foster teamwork and community.
Responsibilities.
Manage daily operations of the coffee shop
Hire, train, and lead staff.
Oversee scheduling, shifts, and performance.
Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Ensure food safety and health regulation compliance.
Use POS systems for transactions and reporting.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Support community events and outreach.
Requirements
Previous café, coffee shop, or restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Barista or catering experience is a plus.
