Responsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position. Client Engagement & Sales EnablementPartner with Sales and Account Management to identify, scope, and sell services opportunities.Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.Translate customer business needs into technical deliverables, proposals, and SOWs.Contributes to the service sales quota and overall business growth.Project Scoping & Delivery SupportCoordinate resources to scope opportunities, secure approvals/funding, and develop project documentation.Ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Services Delivery, participating in status meetings through project closure.Support solution areas including implementation, engineering, education/training, and consulting.Provide customer feedback to influence future service offerings and product alignment.Developing client roadmaps for ongoing projects.Leadership & Continuous ImprovementServe as a subject matter expert in solution development, guiding both customers and internal teams on best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement of solution development processes, templates, and methodologies.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on service messaging, case studies, and thought leadership.Mentor colleagues to strengthen solution development capabilities across the organization.Conduct Windchill technical assessments in partnership with sales teams and clients to align solutions with business needs.Perform other duties as assigned, based on company needs.
