We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lead installer in the metro area for our window/door installation company.

About this position:

- Able to take on leadership and team management if needed

- Task delegation

- Safety and compliance

- Problem solving and decision making

- Communication - MUST communicate clearly with co-workers and customers

- Quality control and quality craftmanship

- Some computer skills to upload pictures and COC's

What you need to start:

- MUST pass a background check

- Must have reliable vehicle to get to shop or job-site

- Must supply simple hand tools and tool belt

- Must have smart phone to upload app for timecard and job scheduling

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-starter, motivated
