Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist our AccountingDepartment in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will preferably have at least twoyears of experience in accounts receivable or other bookkeeping experience and will beresponsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This position offersflexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: o Auditing: Assist with auditing financial, billing transactions and records to ensureaccuracy, and compliance with company policies. o Payment Posting: Accurately post payments to customer accounts and managerelated documentation related to daily deposits. o Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issuesrelated to accounts receivable.
Qualifications: Experience: Preferred 2 years of previous accounts receivable or bookkeeping. Skills:o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.o Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.o Strong written and verbal communication skills.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
