Position: Estimator

Location: 97 South Owasso Blvd. W, Little Canada MN 55117

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Estimates for Walk-ins

Contacting Customers

Keeping office clean

Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest quality standards are met

Assisting technicians with parts orders

Closing out work files, getting returns ready for dealership(s)

Submitting Supplements

Identifying and reporting any issues

Intaking Vehicles w /CCC (Photos)

Overlooking Work Orders and Parts Intake

Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Delivering outstanding customer service and communicating professionally with colleagues and clients

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Previous experience in a CCC

Passion for perfection

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

Physically able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Friendly, reliable, and punctual attitude

Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
