Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving network and computer-related issues for users. This may involve diagnosing hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and other technical challenges.
Maintenance and Repair:
Performing routine maintenance on network and computer systems, including hardware upgrades, software updates, and preventative maintenance tasks.
Network Security:
Implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
Technical Support:
Providing technical support to users, including answering questions, providing training, and resolving issues.
