This role offers a range of $75,000 to $85,500 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.We are seeking an In-plant Manager to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room and making ink. As an In-plant Manager, you will be responsible for:Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink up to 150 lbs.Performing Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batchesInventory management and monthly consignment countsMaintaining customer satisfaction by superior serviceMaintaining sound relations with customersEnsuring that the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolving them immediately and documenting appropriatelyDirecting, coordinating, and planning the activities of INX In-plant TechniciansCommunicating and training   all INX In-plant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicableProviding continued operational support and conducting in-plant quality audits
