General Laborer – Decks, Gutters, Windows, & Repairs

Excel Roofing is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our team!

We specialize in exterior home improvements including decks, gutters, windows, siding, roofing, and general repairs. If you’re dependable, experienced, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with residential and commercial exterior projects

Work alongside crew leaders on deck builds, gutter installations, window replacements, and general repair tasks

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Support installation crews with hands-on labor and prep work

Requirements:

Experience in decks, gutters, windows, or general exterior work

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Must have own hand tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors and lift materials as needed

Pay: DOQ (Depends on Qualifications)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends during peak season)
