Garage Door Repair Tech/ Future GM ($100k+)

We’re looking for an experienced garage door repair tech who wants to grow into management. You’ll start in the field handling repairs (no new installs), earning 15% of gross revenue on each job.

Within 6–12 months, the right person moves into a General Manager position with a 6-figure salary + performance bonuses.

We are a rapidly growing garage door repair company with multiple locations across the Midwest, and we are looking for a rockstar in the Central MN area to spearhead our Minnesota branches.

We aren't your typical "corporate company", we believe the customer and our employees deserve to be treated right every time, no matter the situation.

Our service area extends to a 1-hour radius of the St. Cloud area, excluding the cities. Most of our work is done in Rural areas around St. Cloud.

We handle the marketing, calls, scheduling, and payments. You just show up, do the work, and get paid.

What we’re looking for:

Experience preferred.

Reliable SUV, van, or truck with a valid license and insurance.

Bring your own basic tools.

Clean drug screen and minimal criminal history (no felonies or violent charges).

Professional, dependable, motivated, and ready to lead.

Available for emergency on-call work as needed (rotating schedule AND $100 extra pay after 6 p.m.)
