Currently looking to hire DSP (Direct Support Professional) position in our Burnsville group home. No experience needed. Work with 4 fun, independent women with Developmental Disabilities in a small 3 home company. Ladies prefer only working with female staff. Great group looking for a patient, reliable and work orientated person to assist with daily living skills. No behaviors. Great enjoyable, relaxing, no stress job. One meal provided per shift, plus other perks.

Drivers license REQUIRED.

Position, Full time (40 hours): M-F 8a-4p or 2pm-10pm. Starting pay $14.00/hr. + PTO

Duties include but not limited to: transporting to activities (company van), cooking, cleaning, problem solving, assisting with time management, mediation, companionship, role modeling, running outcomes, balancing individuals funds, medication administration (we train), daily needs such as assisting with laundry and household chores, etc.
