Farm Manager – Randall, MN (Full Time)

R&L Turkeys is hiring a Farm Manager to help care for 40,000–80,000 turkeys across 4 barns.

Pay: Up to $51,000/year

Schedule: Full-time, every other weekend rotation

Job includes:

-Daily barn checks & bird care

-Reading feed bins & reporting numbers

-Cleaning barns between flocks

-Equipment & building maintenance

-Assisting with loadouts and bird movement

Requirements:

-Reliable, detail-oriented, strong work ethic

-Able to communicate in English
