Key Responsibilities:

- Deck Installation & Construction: Build and install custom decks, including framing, decking, railings, stairs, and finishing touches.

- Project Communication: Communicate with project managers or homeowners to discuss timelines, updates, and any potential issues or adjustments.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets our high standards for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in deck construction, carpentry, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong proficiency with deck-building tools, framing, cutting, and finishing techniques.

- Blueprints: Ability to read and understand blueprints, designs, and project plans.

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of deck construction materials, including wood, composite, and PVC options.

- Tools & Transportation: Must own reliable tools and have transportation to and from job sites.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and project managers.
