Communications Specialist

We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support and enhance Lumina’s internal and external communication strategies. This role plays a key part in shaping the organization’s voice, ensuring message consistency, and delivering high-quality written and verbal communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, and committed to producing exceptional work that aligns with our brand vision.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and deliver clear and compelling written communications, including announcements, presentations, and company updates.Support the creation of communication strategies for clients and internal projects.Maintain message consistency across all materials to reflect brand standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication flow.Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for both internal and client-facing purposes.Assist in planning and supporting communication initiatives and campaigns.Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information across departments.
