Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their boating needs and guide them through the boat selection process.

Provide in-depth knowledge of new and used boat models, features, and accessories.

Demonstrate products in the showroom and on the water.

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.

Participate in boat shows and other promotional events.

Accurately complete sales paperwork and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (boats, automotive, or powersports preferred).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.

Knowledge of boating and water sports, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to maintain excellent customer service and product knowledge.

A valid driver's license and boating certificate are a plus.
