Support the Vehicle Performance Manager in ensuring vehicles meet performance, reliability, and quality goalsAct as liaison between engineering, testing, and project management teams from concept through validationDefine and document performance targets aligned with strategic goalsSupport benchmark development within the automotive V-model processFacilitate convergence workshops, translate needs, manage trade-offs, and compile feedbackOversee vehicle validation activities, build planning, and commissioningSecure test assets and maintain confidentiality protocolsMonitor and report performance status, resolve issues, and ensure cross-functional alignmentProvide logistical and administrative support for development trips and testing activities
