Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Job description:

Residential Construction company looking for motivated, entrepreneurial minded individual to oversee simultaneous projects from permits through Certificate of Occupancy. Experience with all facets of the building process required. You will be required to be on job sites daily and be deeply involved in every aspect of the project. Compensation includes base salary with bonuses that depend on project performance. Total compensation ranges typically from $70K to $90K annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

Manage day-to-day operational aspects and scope of on-going company projects.

Define project scope, schedule, goals and deliverables in line with company business goals.

Minimize company exposure and risk on project.

Manage Project budget.

Create and submit project budget estimates, and recommend subsequent changes where necessary.

Coordinate and manage project vendors and subcontractors.

Manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, devise and implement contingency plans.

Build, develop, and grow any business relationship vital to the success of the project.

Communicate with project owners, and stakeholders on an ongoing basis in a professional manner.

Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years experience residential construction

Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Superintendent or Project Manager

Bachelors degree preferred in related field Excellent interpersonal & communications skills both verbal and written.

Self motivated, self starter, highly motivated, and personable.

Experienced construction industry professional.

Travel to project sites required

Excel in building relationships.

Strong computer skills with MS Office and scheduling software

Able to manage many projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational skills

Detail oriented
