Maintenance Person

Looking for a good honest maintenance guy to work on rental properties in and around West Detroit and Westland. Must have own tools and transportation . Must be knowledgeable in various aspects of the property management. I have plumbers and electricians or heating technicians to do the big jobs but would help if you also can do the small things .
