 Provide direct, individualized nursing care to assigned residents, including pain management, oxygen therapy, wound care, and incontinence management.Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs; develop and implement care plans accordingly.Ensure accurate medication administration and proper documentation of all nursing interventions.Supervise nursing team members, delegate tasks, and ensure quality care delivery.Monitor and manage material resources necessary for resident care.Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident care, including participation in activities and proper nutrition.Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, monthly summaries, and resident records.
