This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence across sample intake, account management, and report delivery.Key Responsibilities:Workflow CoordinationCollaborate with different teams in the lab to identify and process specific samples.Organize and stage samples for laboratory processing, ensuring readiness and compliance with internal protocols.Sample Activation & Account ManagementReview digital and paper forms to determine report delivery requirements.Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting.Communication & ReportingServe as a primary point of contact for a small group of business partners, via email, ensuring clear and professional communication.Communicate with clients using standardized email templates.Monitor internal systems to track report readiness and ensure timely delivery.Data & Documentation ManagementMaintain comprehensive records in the administrative system, including report status, account updates, and communication logs.Verify the presence of key data in cloud storage and ensure proper documentation in the relevant internal systems.
