HOMES Brewery - Full-time Brewery Prep Cook needed

We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, commissary kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events and catering. HOMES Brewery, our beautiful Brewpub on the west side of Ann Arbor, is looking for Full Time Kitchen Prep help to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and helping a team thrive in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

-Provide kitchen staff with the materials they need to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently

-Have excellent time management skills and work well independently

-Bring attention to detail and organization to the kitchen

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required

-Ability to work in high energy environment and keep the pace of the restaurant and teams

-Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, ability to lift, reach, bend, carry heavy objects

-Capability to prep food as directed and follow food safety handling guides

-Availability 9am - 5pm; Mon-Fri; occasional weekends

-Being a dependable team player

Pay: $17-$24/hr (Depending on level of experience)
