Key Responsibilities

Safely perform all aspects of tree service work, including trimming, pruning, removal, and clean-up

Operate a variety of tools and equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and ropes

Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete projects to high standards

Always maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate clearly with team members and clients

For qualified candidates: provide leadership to crew members, oversee job site safety, and ensure quality control

Requirements

Previous experience in tree service, landscaping, or a similar outdoor trade, basic home maintenance skills

Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically fit and capable of lifting, climbing, and performing demanding tasks

Home maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
