Bartender / Manager Wanted

WhichCraft Taproom in downtown Midland is looking for an experienced bartender / bar manager. WhichCraft is a busy craft bar serving only Michigan-made beer, wine, cider and spirits. Position will include some floor management duties.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidate should be experienced working behind a bar in a busy restaurant environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of Michigan-made beer/wine/spirits a plus

Schedule:

Full-Time role: 30-35 hours per week (some flexibility available, but candidate should have relatively open availability days, evenings, and weekends)

Compensation: base compensation based on experience plus customer tips.
