Industrial Cleaner/Janitorial

Factory Janitor – 1st Shift – Attleboro, MA

Pay: $17/hour (higher based on experience)

B&N Staffing, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Janitor to join our team for a 1st shift position in Attleboro, MA. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in production and office areas

Empty trash and recycling receptacles

Maintain cleanliness of entryways, hallways, and work areas

Restock cleaning and restroom supplies

Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed

Safely lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred (factory setting a plus)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe chemical use

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Shift: 1st Shift – Full Time

Location: Attleboro, MA

Pay: Starting at $17/hour – higher pay possible with experience
