HVAC Inside Sales- York Factory Direct (MA, ME, CT or ,NY)

As an HVAC Inside Salesperson, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment becoming a product specialist. With support from our staff, you will be accountable for supporting our house accounts and Account Managers, assisting in product selection and offering cost and energy savings alternatives. You will also learn to perform job take-offs, proper system match ups, and heat loss / gain calculations. The focus is to grow HVAC sales particularly within the design build market channel.Job ResponsibilitiesYou will develop an in depth understanding of our York, Guardian & Hitachi product offerings.Supporting internal and external customers with, quoting for residential and commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins.Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.Post-sale support as required.Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.Other duties as directed.
