General Laborer & Driver Wanted – Worcester Area (Property Management Company)

Mooradian Company, a property management firm in Worcester, is hiring a dependable General Laborer and Driver with basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities include:

Transporting work crew to and from job sites using company vehicles

Retrieving materials from supply houses and delivering them to job sites as needed

Basic painting skills

Basic carpentry work

Property cleaning and upkeep

Basic landscaping as required

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with a good driving record

Reliability and ability to work both independently and on a team

Experience preferred; pay based on experience

Bilingual speaking a plus!

Pay rrate is $17 - $21/per hour depending on experience
