Garden help - remove 2 shrubs and plant one already in a pot

I have a back injury. I need a rose bush dug out. I need a 4-year old black walnut seedling dug out. I need to replace the rose bush with a perennial in a 5 gallon container that I own already. Soil will need to be improved with compost I provide. Estimate one hour to do the job. I have shovels, etc. You need no tools. I will be there to guide you. I just can't do it physically.
