Excavation Laborer

Are you ready to get your boots on the ground and be part of a hardworking crew that’s shaping roads, utilities, and major site projects? We’re looking for dependable Excavation Site Work Laborers to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

· Assist with general site work including excavation, trenching, and grading

· Work as a Pipe Laborer and Pipe Layer, helping install water, sewer, and drain systems

· Support equipment operators and follow layout and grade instructions

· Handle materials, set up tools, and keep job sites safe and clean

· Perform tasks related to road construction, underground utilities, and site prep

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years experience in civil construction, pipe installation, or excavation is preferred

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

· Strong work ethic, punctuality, team player

· Familiarity with trench safety and job site protocols a plus

· OSHA 10 certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
