Cook assistant manager

Seeking experienced cook with managements skills who's capable of managing a three person kitchen to work at a small pizzeria.

Who is willing to manage the restaurant at least 2 days i prefer a full-time person, that would also just cook a few days a week. but part-time is okay. Must be hard-working fun person, it's a fast-paced fun atmosphere.
