As a Lead Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.What you’ll do:- Engage, discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
- Articulate Value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
- Execute the Sales Process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
- Hunt & Prospect: Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
